Shipping & Tax Information - US Only
Our standard shipping takes 3-5 business days for delivery and it is a flat fee of $5.95 for your entire order anywhere in the USA. For a limited time any order over $79 will be shipped via standard shipping for free*. Expedited (2-3 business days) service is available for no additional charge for a limited time, and Express (1-2 business days*) for $9 more. Most orders approved by 2pm Mon-Fri are shipped the same day. Orders placed after listed times are shipped the next business day. All times are eastern. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not business days.

*Delivery Guarantee and air service is available only to a street address in the lower 48 states. Orders to HI, AK, PR, GU, VI, military addresses and PO Boxes will ship via priority mail which does not have a guaranteed arrival time. Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time. In the event a guaranteed package does not arrive at the guaranteed time we will be responsible for the shipping charges only.

All information you provide to us will not be shared with any one. Any information you provide to us is used to process your order. We will not sell or rent your e-mail address or any other personal information to anyone. All transactions are encrypted by Secure Socket Layer, the industry standard.
Return Information
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Just send any unused item back to us within 30 days of ORDERING in the original packaging and we will gladly refund your money. We do not require a return authorization. We DO NOT charge any restocking fees. We recommend you use an insured carrier such as UPS, FEDEX, or INSURED priority mail! We can not refund shipping charges, if your order was shipped free, a nominal shipping fee will be deducted from all returned or refused orders. If for any reason the package is refused or is returned for an incorrect address or after 2 delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees back to our facility. We can not accept returns past 30 days from date of order or on skincare items.
