Shipping & Tax Information - US Only
Our standard shipping is UPS Ground, it is $5.95 for your entire order anywhere in the continental United States. For a limited time any order over $79 will be shipped via standard shipping for free*. UPS 2nd day air is available for an additional charge of $9, and UPS Next day air saver is available for an additional charge of $24. Most orders approved by 3pm Mon-Fri are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after listed times are shipped the next business day. All times are eastern. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not business days. Orders to HI, AK, PR, GU, VI, military addresses and PO Boxes will ship via priority mail which does not have a guaranteed arrival time the cost is $7.95. *Delivery Guarantee and air service is available only to a street address in the lower 48 states. In the event a guaranteed package does not arrive at the guaranteed time we will be responsible for the shipping charges only. *Total of order is after all discounts and before any tax, shipping, or gift-wrap charges. No exceptions!

Tester/Unboxed items
Some of our items are available as testers or unboxed. They are the same exact high quality products but without the fancy packaging and/or cap. Testers usually do not come in a box or with a cap, while most unboxed items come with the cap. If you are purchasing fragrances for yourself or just do not need a box for the products these items will offer great savings.

All information you provide to us will not be shared with any one. Any information you provide to us is used to process your order. We will not sell or rent your e-mail address or any other personal information to anyone. All transactions are encrypted by Secure Socket Layer, the industry standard.

Return Information
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Just send any unused item back to us within 30 days of ORDERING in the original packaging and we will gladly refund your money. We do not require a return authorization. We DO NOT charge any restocking fees. We recommend you use an insured carrier such as UPS, FEDEX, or INSURED priority mail! We can not refund shipping charges, if your order was shipped free, a nominal shipping fee will be deducted from all returned or refused orders. If for any reason the package is refused or is returned for an incorrect address or after 2 delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees back to our facility. We can not accept returns past 30 days from date of order or on skincare items.
